ALLIED TRUST SECURITIES GROUP (“ATSG”)
ARE TO ACT AS GLOBAL ASSET MANAGERS AND FUND A MACEDONIA €1.4 Billion WASTE-2-ENERGY PLANT PROGRAM AND GOVERNMENT RAIL PROJECT

ATSG - in conjunction with Gartena the IP – Renewable Waste2Energy Group, are to develop a number of Waste2Energy - Alternative Intelligent Renewable Green Energy Source, Thermal Treatment Plant Process in Macedonia.

ATSG - are placed to also arrange the Reconstruction of the railway from Kumanovo to Beljakovce (Corridor 8) and construction of a new railway line from Beljakovce to Kriva Palanka (Corridor 8) through the implementation of the ATSG IP-CbAbSMatrix and arranged Totally Integrated Insurance Products (“TIIP”). 

ATSG - are also to engage in the funding of further major Infrastructure Projects by using the ATSG Unique IP-CbAbSMatrix and by arranged TIIP, through an OTC Private Placement facilitated by ATSG.  

Whereby ATSG will act as the Global Asset Managers
